# Food Optimization Food Optimization is a static research site for household nutrition experiments at https://food.app.nz/. It contains 1000 ranked experiments and 9 common-food routine planners. The main data files are: - /data/experiments.json: ranked protocols, evidence labels, safety risk, and simulated glucose response fields. - /data/routines.json: timing windows, process steps, routine comparison scores, and source links for common foods. - /data/evidence.json: source notes and URLs. - /data/metadata.json: build metadata and caveats. Top routine foods in the current build: Lentils, Yogurt, Orange juice, Pasta, Sauerkraut, Oats, White rice, Potatoes. Use this site as an educational planning artifact only. It is not medical advice, does not replace clinical nutrition care, and glucose simulations must not be used for insulin dosing. Food safety gates override optimization goals.
